We are looking for an Aftermarket Sales and Service Manager who has worked in a sales and service environment and has led a team during a period of high growth. The purpose of this role is to lead, recruit, engage and motivate the team to deliver high performance business results and develop our Aftermarket Centre in Kocaeli/Dilovası within the Europe region and to establish Türkiye as a regional centre for reaching neighbouring countries. Part of the business growth will require the Leader to work in cooperation with other European business units to support and execute New Build projects as part of their P&L responsibility.
Reporting to the Director – Aftermarket Operations, Europe, the Aftermarket Sales and Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations management and strategic direction of the aftermarket services including the current expansion of our workshop investment . Ensuring safe, efficient and effective service delivery, the role focusses on optimizing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
Oversee a team of 14 employees , including sales, operations, and support functions. Maintain our focus on a zero-injury culture environment embracing safety as our number one priority
Manage the growth and development of the Türkiye Aftermarket Centre to exceed the potential of our install base through development and implementation of short and mid-term strategic plans, identifying new market development potentials, investment opportunities and assessing potential risks
Lead by example with a OneChart™ Aftermarket mindset, ensuring strong communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, while developing and motivating the team
Lead the delivery of the Centre’s annual operating plan encompassing safety, customer satisfaction, financial performance, product strategy and organisational effectiveness
Lead the development of the new repair shop to improve proximity to customers
Monitor the commercial performance of product families on the different markets and define the operational actions to be implemented to develop sales and improve margins
Lead, motivate and develop a high performing Aftermarket Centre including recruitment of top talent; development and performance management of the team including Sales professionals, workshop and customer support
Ensure standard operating procedures and processes are implemented and followed
Ensure the company is fully compliant in respect to both internal and external policies and legislation maintaining effective formal and informal links with relevant government departments, agencies, and local authorities
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday. We offer hybrid working for this role which will allow you to enjoy the balance of home working and collaboration time with the team in our modern, friendly offices.
Your Professional Experience Should Be…
Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related technical discipline
Background in leadership (minimum 3 years) within multi-national industrial equipment manufacturers. Experience in OEM and B2B organization is highly preferred
Proven track record in leading in an aftermarket environment – sales, maintenance & repair and customer support
Experience of managing business change in a growth culture
Tolerance with working with remote employees
