We are looking for someone who loves solving real-world business problems and dedicated to innovative thinking to ensure Amex GBT continues to be the technology leader in the corporate travel space.

You will work within the Product and Engineering organization and, in working with our business partners, be a part of reshaping how our customers use our products from beginning to end, being held accountable for driving the delivery of business solutions that improve business processes, surface measurable insights, and support executive decision-making.

What you’ll Do on a Typical Day:

• Partner with Client Management, Operations, P&T organizations to understand, cleanse the existing client data and prepare their readiness to onboard GBT NDC offerings.

• Work with different solution owners to determine what client data is required to activate clients on NDC within different GBT platforms/systems.

• Extract data from different systems to complete the client master data & setup services for pilot clients

• Validate the client data and begin activation for pilot clients

• Complete documentation of business processes for mass implementations after successful pilot implementation

• Perform mass implementations

• Plug into Central Program Management to understand upcoming priorities, maintain the activation timelines and roadmap

• Innovate and improve current activation durations.

What We´re Looking For:

• This role is at the intersection of data engineering, data analysis and program co-ordination.

• You have strong skills in data auditing, ETL processes and data cleansing.

• Development skills in SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server

• Able to script and automate in Python (other languages) and experience with ETL frameworks

• Strong analytical skills and experience with Data Quality Assurance

• Ability to perform data visualizations in

• Smartsheet

• Tableau

• Microsoft Suite of tools

• Able to run multiple streams of work in parallel

• Expert Agile delivery with experience working across multiple stakeholders

• Air / Travel industry knowledge an advantage.

• Experience working in eCommerce, business-to-business environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Works well with deadlines & manages dependencies accordingly.
