Description Providence is calling a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work at Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, Washington. Job description: Assist patients with prescribed occupational/physical therapies. In collaboration with others, carry out an individualized, comprehensive, and patient centered Plan of Care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations as may be directed by the Physical or Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitative Services Manager, and/or Director of Patient Care Services.
