Senior Director (HEX462; multiple positions; full-time)Hexaware seeks Senior Directors to work in Iselin, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to manage regulatory reporting and application platforms as well as define and maintain large data warehouses. Manage a team in processing to produce over 10,000 reports on a monthly basis and execution of validating over 7,000 monthly data feeds loaded into the data warehouse. Set and enforce policies and procedures and support documentation for data warehouses. Direct development of standards, policies and frameworks. Coordinate with IT teams to deliver all data and reporting deliverables within SLA requirements for clients. Maintain expertise in the area of data warehousing, including industry trends, strategies and products. Responsible for project delivery, including project status, project planning, solution design and high-quality execution in a timely fashion. Determine product suitability and provide recommendations for effective use of assets and investments. Identify/mitigate potential client issues. Improve technology and efficiency of processes for maintaining data warehouses. Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field, plus two years of IT experience. The two years must include two years of experience with SQL Server, CCAR Regulatory Reporting, & Tableau. In lieu of a Master’s Degree and two years of IT experience, will accept Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor’s IT experience. The five years must include two years of experience with SQL Server, CCAR Regulatory Reporting, & Tableau. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
