As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing business/technical processes within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, implement, and maintain efficient workflow processes that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline operations, and drive overall efficiency in technical workflows .

Work locations: In office/hybrid schedules available.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis and Evaluation:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing technical workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current processes in meeting organizational goals and recommend modifications as needed.

  • Workflow Design and Optimization:

  • Design and implement optimized technical workflows that enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve overall productivity.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into workflow design.

  • Technology Integration:

  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate new technologies seamlessly into existing workflows.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various departments, including IT, operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment of technical workflows with overall business processes.

  • Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement a continuous improvement mindset by monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending adjustments to workflows based on data-driven insights.

  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of efficiency and innovation.

  • Documentation and Training:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for all technical workflows, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.

  • Provide training to team members on new and updated processes to ensure proper implementation and adherence.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that technical workflows meet established standards and compliance requirements.

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address potential issues in the workflow.

  • Project Management:

  • Lead and participate in projects related to the improvement and implementation of technical processes.

  • Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is a plus.

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in process engineering and workflow optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience and Certification with Lean Six Sigma is required.

  • Knowledge of automation technologies and tools in the field such as BluePrism is desirable.

  • Project management experience is desirable.
