Job Description
Abbott House is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team. In this role you will you will support all the HR functions of the organization including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct recruitment activities for entry level and managerial positions
Establish partnerships with community organizations, colleges and universities to create diversified pools of qualified applicants
Create and maintain various reports including applicant tracking, vacancy and turnover
Onboard new employees ensuring compliance with governing regulations
Provide counseling to employees employee relations, policy and procedure
Maintain HRIS system with current employee data and information
Conduct new hire orientation and other employee trainings
About You

You have at least a Bachelor’s degree
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience Human Resources roles
You have professional maturity and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
You are a problem solver with proven ability to design and implement systems
You are technology savvy with excellent command of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
You are a strong team player and highly energetic
