Job Title - IT Business Analyst

Duration - Long Term

Work Mode- Hybrid/ WFO (4 days onsite-1 Day remote per week)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with five years of experience,who excels in writing business functional requirements for complex technical projects, Skilled in innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration, can lead requirements gathering and produce comprehensive documentation. Proficient in Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies,document solutions effectively and facilitate clear communication through requirements walk-throughs and design reviews. With strong communication and interpersonal skills and ensure successful stakeholder engagement and project outcomes.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):

• Five (5) years of related professional-level experience in writing business functional requirements with a focus on technical projects.

• Experience working in a project team environment.

• Ability to work independently to lead requirements gathering for large, complex technical projects.

• Skill sets: Innovation, Problem Solving Skills, Detail Oriented, Collaboration, Facilitation

• Produces comprehensive documentation and diagrams encompassing business processes, use cases, data mapping and other relevant aspects.

• Conducts gap and root cause analysis to identify underlying needs and opportunities for improvement.

• Utilizes Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies to document solutions into comprehensive requirements and user stories.

• Facilitates requirements walk-throughs, design review meetings, and demos at all levels, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
