Job Description In this role, you will: Manage Content team; Lead end-to-end development of learning solutions including SCORM compliant eLearning, micro learning, instructional videos, facilitator guides and tools while also revising, updating, or enhancing existing learning content and learning assets to drive top-tier capabilities and performance in partnership within Global Talent Management and Capability Partners. Manage Content/Instructional Design and Development team. Develop high-quality performance-focused learning deliverables across diverse channels and platforms (eLearning modules, live + virtual workshops, podcasts, reference guides, facilitator guides, participant guides, performance support tools, practice activities, scenario-based learning, nudging programs, pre-and post event learning and other materials), including defining project objectives, content design and development, and incorporation of feedback. Own the Global Learning and Capabilities Development instructional design strategy, including content standards, design processes, and partnerships with program owners. Collaborate with Capability Partner team to identify priority learning goals and develop aligned learning outcomes; Align learning content with global strategy, leadership framework and key organizational processes. Coach and develop skills and capabilities of junior team members in training conceptualization / design, content development, and implementation. Design and curate training journeys + roadmaps, overall training curriculums, and integrated, multi-channel training programs, incorporating both internally developed and vendor partner assets as needed. Apply knowledge of learning and development metrics to draft evaluation strategies to measure success based on Kirkpatricks Levels of evaluation. Create and document instructional design processes and standards to ensure consistency and high standards. Lead regular program audits and drive continuous program improvement via iterative update cycles.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, working within a global function in a matrixed organization with multiple lines of business. Adept in understanding how to get things done and embrace the reality of working within organizational politics to move teams and organizational goals forward. Leadership experience managing a Content/Instructional Design and Development team. Experience developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals. Clearly understand how own activities relate to critical business drivers. Be able to draw insights that inform business decision-making to improve programs. Monitor progress and impact via appropriate measurements.

Salary Range: $158,500 - $195,000 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the roles country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
