Description:

The Credit Investigator works closely with the credit team. They call to verify information with employer's and references and dealership personnel. May also fund contracts and assist with mail & other correspondence.

• Paperwork review to check for accuracy and completeness

• Provides general customer service to dealers to answer questions and resolve contract issues

• Prepare applicable paperwork as necessary (customer correspondence)

• Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
