We are hiring for a well-known company in Irving!

Job Title: Customer Service Rep 2

Location: Irving, Texas

Hours:

Monday-Friday between 8am – 5pm with ability to work OT

6–8-weeks of training

Pay Rate: $17

What’s the Job? Customer Service Rep 2

  • Answers incoming phone calls and provides necessary information

  • Contacting patients and gathering essential information for coordination of shipment of prescription

  • Responsible for accurately and completely scheduling medication deliveries Maintains patient records accurately and completely

  • Follows all applicable government regulations including HIPPA and compliance regulations

What’s Needed?

  • 1 year of customer service experience

  • MS Office knowledge and experience

  • Type 40-50 wpm

  • Communication skills

  • Dependable

  1. What computer applications/ hardware do you have experience with?

Also provide any internal systems you have experience with from previous positions. Also, if faced with system issues how would you go about solving or troubleshooting?

  1. What do you think are some good reasons to miss work? (Specifically, within your 1st 90 days/ during probationary period)

  2. Are you able to work onsite and potential over time as needed? Assignment
