Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Corporate Communications Intern in Irving, TX.

We are looking for a Corporate Communications Summer Intern to join us in the Irving corporate headquarters. This Internship will offer real-world experience and exposure to the Corporate Communications environment. If you are a driven, creative undergraduate Marketing or Corporate Communications student that wants to spend the Summer with an industry leader, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll get to do:

This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including:

• Social media content development and implementation, with an emphasis on reputation management and marketing communications

• Working with regional support staff to identify and procure content for communications, including employee communications and the company website

• Updating company website, social media sites, and intranet as appropriate

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

• Excellent communications skills

• Ability to manage several initiatives concurrently and be capable of shifting priorities quickly as necessary.
