Description

Management Resources is seeking an AR Collections Manager for a 3-month contract. The AR Collections Manager will oversee the full cycle of the accounts receivables process, including establishing credit limits for new and existing customers and managing general accounts receivables.

Responsibilities

• Carry out invoicing and order releases while ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collection department

• Utilize accounting software systems, CRM, Syteline ERP, and NetSuite to streamline processes.

• Conduct B2B collections and manage accounts receivable (AR).

• Oversee billing functions and cash applications.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience in B2B collections is a must

• Familiarity with CRM platforms is desirable

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is needed

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required

• Experience in Billing Functions is important

• Ability to manage Cash Activity effectively is needed

• Experience in Cash Applications is a plus

• Familiarity with NetSuite is beneficial
