POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail oriented, and data driven Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) for Fluid Systems Division located in Irvine, CA with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team.

The SCA will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for efficiency improvements, and supporting organizational strategic direction.

This role supports Supply Chain Leaders and works closely with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Business Team Leaders to ensure smooth and cost-effective Supply Chain.

This is a key role in ensuring efficient supply chain performance through well managed supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis

· Gathering and analyzing Supply Chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for supply chain optimization.

Performance Monitoring

· Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Supply Chain performance including on-time delivery, Past Due Purchase Orders, Open Requisitions, etc.

· Coordinate all elements of Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) including providing or enabling necessary data and reports.

Inventory Optimization

· Evaluate inventory levels to avoid overstocking and stock outs.

· Monthly and Daily review and execution to ensure Inventory targets are met. Providing timely and accurate inventory projections and coordinating Inventory optimization with all functions.

Reporting

· Creating/modifying detailed reports to effectively run supply chain including all functions – Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Stockroom, and Inventory Control.

Risk Management

· Identify supply chain risks and suggest contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to business.

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of Supply Chain management principles and best practices.

· Excellent communication and written skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional team.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field, and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.

· 4 or more years of demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through increasingly responsible experience.

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel, SQL, Power Query BI

· Experience with supply chain ERP systems like AMAPS, SAP, or other ERP systems, BI tools.

· Advanced degree and related specialty certification desired.

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California and Washington. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay range: $77,259 - $128,908.
