As an Attorney for our firm, you will represent various insurance companies in defense of civil litigation matters. You will be involved in a range of activities inclusive of litigation, mediation, and comprehensive case management. Offering a flexible work environment, this hybrid role in our Irvine office requires outstanding legal counsel and strategic thinking to yield superior results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

• Provide legal defense against claims and advise clients on legal rights and obligations.

• Research, analyze, and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to insurance.

• Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and briefs.

• Engage in client interaction and maintain strong client relationships.

  Requirements

Key Requirements:

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to the CA Bar.

• Minimum of two years' experience in insurance defense or related field.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and legal writing skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
