About the Attorney opening:

Our law firm client seeks Litigation Attorney to join Complex Commercial Litigation Group. Attorney's Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, managing all aspects of the litigation process. *Will train in practice area! HEAVY mentorship provided without micromanagement!

• Conduct extensive legal research and draft case-related documents.

• Handle discovery process, including preparing and responding to discovery requests.

Hybrid onsite: 3 days/week in Irvine, CA

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Have an active license to practice law in the State of California.

• Experience with discovery and legal research.
