Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

This role will be a mix of general administrative duties and supporting the HR team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies inventory.

  • Maintain breakroom inventory and cleanliness.

  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory.

  • Manage and coordinate with various vendors.

  • Manage and coordinate administrative services at the corporate office.

  • Process travel arrangements, including booking hotels and meeting rooms.

  • Order business cards, name plaques, and employee rewards.

  • Arrange lunches or catering for meetings and events.

  • Distribute office mail.

  • Handle incoming calls and assist callers as needed.

  • Greet visitors and notify the respective employee of their arrival.

  • Coordinate the order of anniversary plaques for US and global offices.

  • Address unexpected onsite administrative tasks promptly.

  • Manage, review, and process various vendor invoices.

  • Restock office meeting rooms.

  • Coordinate and plan special company events.

  • Assist with HR duties such as entry-level recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee files.

  • Coordinate company events.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Entry level - BA Degree, preferably in HR or business

  • 1+ year of administrative experience helpful

  • Ability to utilize Amazon for office supplies

  • Basic computer skills - must be computer savvy

  • Any real-life HR experience is a plus but not necessary

  • Friendly personality and a people person

  • Facilities/office management experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
