Description

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our client in Irvine, CA! This is a hybrid opportunity (3x per week in office). As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing, reviewing, and approving contracts, ensuring timely execution, and making necessary adjustments to clauses.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the review and approval process of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

• Monitor contract timelines and take appropriate action when contracts are due

• Identify and implement necessary additions or edits to contract clauses

• Draft contracts and other legal documents with precision and accuracy

• Maintain a systematic method for tracking and archiving past and current contracts

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure contract terms are fulfilled and issues are addressed promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (SOWs, MSAs, etc.)

• Must have a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
