This person will partner with all levels of Professional Education staff and other related functions across Edwards to develop and lead the execution of educational programs for health care providers and internal product trainings/sales trainings.

* Please note that this role will include travel 10-25% of the time *
How you'll make an impact:
Develop training materials and programs for product/program launches and education programs in collaboration with training managers
Establish and lead the implementation of a process for product samples/collateral forecasting, storage, distribution process for global training team
Drive training collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders
Evaluate, develop, and provide metrics on training activities (e.g., Box, WebEx, Training resource development, On-Site training activities, LMS, etc.) in collaboration team members
Establish and lead the implementation on a process for documentation of training globally
Respond and resolve global field questions
Provide various ad hoc analyses and projects on sustaining engineering product modifications and complaint issues

What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry
What else we work with (Preferred):
Experience working in the medical device industry
Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
Good organizational and project management skills
Ability to research and pull information from clinical literature
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
Solid knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to strategic event planning
Solid knowledge of regulatory and AdvaMed requirements
Strict attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 (highly experienced).
