As a Cook I, you'll collaborate closely with our culinary leadership to curate menus that celebrate seasonal ingredients and our restaurant's unique concept.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef in food production and fabrication across all dining areas of the hotel.
  • Maintain optimal production levels by providing passive leadership to kitchen staff.
  • Expand your culinary expertise by mastering various cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, and frying.
  • Share your culinary knowledge by teaching and recreating recipes.
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and minimize waste through ingredient cross-utilization.
  • Set up kitchen workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat.
  • Uphold a pristine and sanitized work environment.
  • Ensure proper food storage and ingredient quality.
