Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team at ESC. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to student success and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state standards and meet the needs of diverse learners

• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters student learning and growth

• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities

• Participate in school events and activities outside of regular school hours as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field

• Valid teaching certification in the appropriate subject area and grade level

• Strong knowledge of subject matter and ability to effectively teach to diverse learners

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration

• Demonstrated commitment to student success and continuous improvement

• Experience with technology integration in the classroom is a plus.
