Business Development representatives interact daily with Customers, BDC Managers, Service Staff, and Service Managers to generate appointments for the assigned store’s service team.

ESSENTAIL FUNCTIONS:

-Contact and communicate with customersto identify automotive needs

-Make a high-volume amount of inbound calls

-Set service appointments for customers with service advisor

-Contact customers to confirm appointments

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Customer Service Skills & Self Motivated

-Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships

-Strong Computer & Phone Skills

-Prior Sales, Call Center, or BusinessDevelopment Experience strongly preferred

-Appointment Setting Experience

-Great Communication Skills

-Able to multi-task

Wage: $15-17/hr
