Analyze and streamline complex client business processes to best align technology solutions with business strategies in the healthcare, banking, finance (clients are primarily in these sectors) or other industries. Formulate and define computer systems' scope and objectives through research and analysis of business systems and industry requirements. Prototype new business needs in a rapid development environment. Work with the content developers for integrating the application at enterprise level. Prepare and participate in continuous process improvement efforts, testing, quality assurance, coordinating data exchanges between disparate systems. Identify and implement complex automation efforts; Replicate and resolve production issues for single application. Assist in project management duties when needed.
