What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS Site Lead - USAREUR-AF Intelligence Planner you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWF)mission areas. You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS Site Lead - Intelligence Planner you will embed at Vicenza Italy, and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Intelligence Planner (TOR C.6.4.3; C.5.4.7):

  • Oversees the design and execution of comprehensive intelligence planning strategies in accordance with USAREUR-AF PIRs, CCIRs, and mission objectives.

  • Analyze and synthesize intelligence data to identify strategic trends and threats.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop actionable intelligence plans aligned with organizational goals (FO/GO/SES level).

  • Provide expert insights and guidance on intelligence planning methodologies and best practices.

  • Lead the coordination and orchestration of intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination efforts.

  • Mentor and supervise junior planners in planning processes and techniques.

  • Prepare and present high-level intelligence briefings and reports to senior executives.

  • Engage with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance planning efforts..

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience.

  • Current TS-SCI Clearance

  • Expert level knowledge of multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI

  • Experience planning, briefing and collaborating with senior military leaders (GO/FO/SES) in intelligence planning efforts

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • More than 3 years experience creating intelligence briefing materials in the EUCOM / AFRICOM theaters of operations

  • Expert level knowledge of multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI

  • Experience planning, briefing and collaborating with senior military leaders (GO/FO/SES) in intelligence planning efforts

  • Experience working with partner nations in Bi-lateral and Multi-lateral planning efforts

  • Experience planning within the NATO environment

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,200 - $181,000
