Boehringer Ingelheim Project Manager - Treasury in Ingelheim, Germany
The Position
Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager - Treasury to support the introduction of globally harmonized business processes and systems in the area of Treasury. This role is crucial to achieving Boehringer Ingelheim’s strategic objectives and meeting the needs of our Business units.
In your new role, you will be responsible for the Governance, Design, Implementation, Measurement, and Lifecycle Management of our Processes and Systems in the area of Treasury. If you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global standards and application system capabilities, and you have a proven track record in managing large projects, we would love to hear from you.
Tasks & responsibilities
You will take responsibility for the implementation and documentation of global processes and concepts as well as global standards within the area of Treasury.
Standardized processes, including SOPs, Training, activity splits, etc., will be implemented and deployed by you.
Your responsibilities will also include ensuring business support, training, governance, handling of new demands, KPI analysis, continuous system and process improvement, and key user management.
Within that role you will work on international projects.
You will support in the implementation of the globally designed internal control system and defend compliance in internal and external audits.
Moreover, you will govern regulations and procedures for business processes and application systems in line with national and international regulations and ensure compliance.
Requirements
Diploma / Master's degree in a field relevant to the process domain
Several years of experience in Treasury, SAP/ERP, ARIS and other relevant standard software used in the process domain, managing large projects
Experience in project management, driving international project teams as well as in the facilitation of workshops
Structured, result-oriented and proactive working style
Intercultural skills and the willingness to travel internationally (dependent on project) approx. 20%
Excellent communication skills in English required, German/ additional language skills would be an asset to communicate clearly and effectively
