Adecco US, Inc. 2nd Shift Assembler in Indianola, Pennsylvania

Adecco is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Associate - Assembler to join our team for the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products, performing quality inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Location: Indianola, PA

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:20 PM), Monday - Friday

Type: Temporary

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble various products with precision and attention to detail.

  • Package products according to specified guidelines.

  • Perform rework and inspection to ensure product quality and identify defects.

  • Back up higher-level positions as needed.

  • Maintain awareness of quality standards and accurately identify product defects.

  • Record data related to product quality and traceability.

  • Clean work areas as required.

  • Complete all associated paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience.

  • Entry-level math skills (addition and subtraction).

  • Basic reading skills.

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced and changing situations.

  • Proven sound judgment with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

  • Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork skills.

Preferences:

  • 3-6 months of assembly experience preferred.

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.

  • Knowledge of computer applications is advantageous.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
