This role primarily involves conducting and coordinating business programming applications activities in areas such as finance, human resources, and marketing. This position also offers the opportunity to work on complex problems, develop technical projects, and provide guidance to others to achieve goals.

Job Description:

As a Senior Web Application Developer, you will be tasked with leading the development of advanced .NET web applications, prioritizing REST API integration and serverless architectures, and utilizing AWS services. You will manage the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), adhere to software engineering best practices, and work with stakeholders to convert their requirements into robust software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Advanced Web Application and REST API Development:

• Utilize .NET technologies to create and enhance web applications, with an emphasis on RESTful API design and integration.

• Implement serverless architecture using AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

• Develop APIs for cross-platform integration, focusing on scalability and security.

SDLC and Cloud Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee all stages of the SDLC, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Effectively employ AWS cloud services for application hosting, scaling, and management.

• Develop and manage cloud-based solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with security standards.

Client Engagement and Technical Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop technical requirements.

• Create in-depth technical specifications and architecture diagrams.

• Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Software Engineering and Best Practices:

• Champion and implement best practices in software engineering, emphasizing clean code, design patterns, and efficient algorithms.

• Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

• Implement best practices in cloud security to ensure web application security and privacy.

Quality Assurance and Performance Optimization:

• Develop comprehensive testing strategies that include unit, integration and performance testing.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Resolve any issues or bugs efficiently.

  Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of prior experience or Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in .NET web application development.

• Expertise in REST API development and integration.

• Proficiency in serverless architectures and AWS services.

• Cognizance of software development methodologies and best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Experience with automated testing and deployment tools.
