Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Talent Relations Specialist in the service industry, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The chosen detail-oriented individual will play a key role in supporting various Management Programs, including, Career Pathing, Succession Planning, Onboarding, and Internships. This role is 100% on-site Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage various Talent Management projects effectively

• Identify areas for improvement and provide innovative solutions

• Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of projects and present concise reports upon completion

• Collaborate closely with HR/Business Leaders in communicating project plans and initiatives

• Advocate for change in the organization while implementing new or improving existing Talent Management Projects

• Utilize data to identify development opportunities in the organization

• Facilitate communication across multiple locations of the organization

• Prioritize projects and stakeholders in a rapidly changing environment

• Execute talent programs, offering potential solutions where necessary

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent related experience required.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions for employee welfare is necessary

• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with employees is essential

• A strong understanding of Compliance to ensure company policies are adhered to is required
