Job Title: Skilled Laborer

Job Description

Our organization is seeking a diligent and skilled laborer to work with our crew foreman in the replacement of water lines around Marion County. Your responsibilities will include working within a team of 4-5 individuals to carry out water piping replacements, receiving training in proper procedures from foremen and leads, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will also be tasked with gathering materials needed for each project, loading them into the work truck, and physically replacing water lines and pipes under the guidance of your foremen.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Work Environment

Our work environment is a typical construction site, meaning you can expect to get dirty, and the work is performed outside, leaving you exposed to various weather elements. You will be required to dress in appropriate attire for safety and ease of movement, including steel-toe boots, jeans (without holes), and shirts with sleeves.
