Operating equipment that inserts letters into envelopes Sends to the printer the letters he/she will insert into the envelopes Keeps inventory of the paper and envelopes. Will do both machine and hand insertion Performs duties related to the shipping of materials. Performs duties related to the receiving of materials.

Skills: Computer knowledge is a must Ability to make copies Ability to multi task. Must be able to stand, walk, bend and twist lifting up to 40# per client requirement. Computer skills, mechanically inclined, self-starter, team player. Excellent customer service skills Good PC skills Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize Mathematical and filing skills Ability to use office machines and technical equipment

Qualifications: Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 -2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field. Some related copy job experience is preferred. May require valid drivers license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client policy.
