Description:

The Carpenter will be traveling around to various different jobs on the North side of Indianapolis outside I-465 loop. Their job duties will be as follows:

-Punch list items

-Carry out Work orders

-Drywall Finishing

-Metal/Wood Framing

-Drywall

-Doors and Hardware

-Moving furniture/equipment out/aside in working areas

-Making sure designated work area is clean at all times

-Basic Plumbing, Electrical, lighting, workstation construction, drywall patching,

-Trim inside and outside

-Painting inside and out

-Casework

Must Haves:

• 4+ years of experience

• Residential carpentry experience
