The Professional 2, Creative Development coordinates the development of advertising/marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. The Professional 2, Creative Development work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Key Accountabilities -
40% - Coordinates the development of marketing and communications materials and templates, ensuring they effectively represent the organization’s products and services for target audiences.
30% - Develops and oversees digital communications such as emails, text messages, and digital notifications, utilizing various communication strategies and platforms to engage customers and prospects.
20% - Collaborates on sponsorships, events, and sales promotions, aligning efforts with organizational strategies and objectives.
10% - Makes independent decisions regarding work methods and strategies, following established guidelines while receiving guidance as needed. Exercises critical thinking to determine appropriate actions in varied situations.

Required Qualifications
Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position.
Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services)
HGB is not authorized to do work in Puerto Rico per our government contract. We are not able to hire candidates that are currently living in Puerto Rico.
Bachelor's degree
1 year of experience in database marketing
1 year of experience working within a CRM platform (like Salesforce) to execute disparate types of communications throughout their lifecycle, from loading and validating data to tracking and documenting results for analysis
Experience in Salesforce or a similar campaign tool
Broad knowledge and experience with large databases
Familiar with data journeys and data workflows
Proficient in the use of a multitude of communication platforms
Must live in Eastern or Central time zone
Work at Home Requirements
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$65,000 - $88,600 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
