Job Duties

The Manager Admin and Compliance is located onsite at Lutheran Child and Family Services and will:

  • Act as a resource for the staff concerning DCS regulations specific to professional services, Human Resources, and file requirements.

  • Facilitate, provide, and track comprehensive services in the areas of employee relations, compliance, and HR policy and procedure interpretation, with an emphasis on ensuring personnel requirements are met for licensure, JCAHO, and COA standards.

  • Perform compliance and human resources functions to include but not limited to credentialing and other related administrative duties or tasks as directed by the Executive Director.

  • Provide direct management oversight for office support staff for the 24-hour operations and all associated functions of the administrative and support staff.

  • Assist on-sight management staff with work-site, as well as human resources function, acting as a resource to network human resources in

  • Gallahue related compliance regulations concerning the Department of Child Services activities and other related regulatory matters.

Your Qualifications

  • Two years of compliance or human resources experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Your Skills

  • Ability to function independently, as both a team member and leader.

  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with staff at all organizational levels is required (including informing, persuading, negotiating, counseling, etc.).

  • Proficiency in MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Well-developed project management, problem-solving, and analysis skills.

  • Attention to detail and organization.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a “can-do” attitude and a desire to create exceptional experiences.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects with short timeframes, meet deadlines, and deliver service in a timely manner.

  • Ability to manage confidential information.
