As an Life Claims Intern, you will:

• Assist in processing death claims, including reviewing claim documentation, verifying policy information, and preparing claim payments under the supervision of experienced claim handlers.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives by analyzing current claims handling procedures, creating visual aids for complex processes, and refining documentation for both life claims and annuities.

• Contribute to training and development efforts by assisting in the creation or updating of training materials and developing quick reference guides for common claim scenarios.

We are looking for students majoring in Business, Operations, Finance, Statistics, Liberal Arts or Project Management.
