Make a Difference

The Epic Security Analyst will be responsible for the administration and coordination of all tasks related to security tools, policies and processes surrounding the system. This position will also work closely with Corporate Compliance, Clinical Information Systems, Security & Risk Governance, and Identity & Access Management. This position will provide day to day troubleshooting, analysis and resolution related to any record issue.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a healthcare field is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of Epic EMR experience required.

• Epic Security Coordinator certification a plus.

• Must obtain Epic Security Coordinator certification within 6 months of hire.

• This position will work a hybrid schedule with the expectation to work on-site once to twice a week at 7351 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256.

• This position will participate in an on-call rotation.
