Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana
Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team located in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our customers, assisting with membership renewals and responding to their inquiries. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Oversee and renew customer memberships as required.
• Document details of customer interactions and transactions, capturing the key points of the conversation.
• Work in a high-volume call center environment, managing up to 150 calls per day depending on customer inquiries.
• Use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for data entry and other basic office tasks.
• Manage customer accounts, monitoring them for any necessary action.
• Adhere strictly to schedule, ensuring punctuality and regular attendance.
• Follow a business casual dress code and comply with the company policy of limited cell phone use.
• Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy, with a preference for data entry speeds of 7000 ksph. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service skills, with a strong commitment to providing top-tier service and support to all customers
• Possession of Basic Office Skills, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and managing office equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, format, and edit documents and spreadsheets
• Experience in Data Entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Familiarity with Numeric Data Entry, demonstrating the ability to enter and manage numerical data accurately
• Previous experience in a Call Center environment, showcasing the ability to handle high call volumes and maintain customer satisfaction TalentMatch®
