We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, helping to resolve client and candidate inquiries with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. This long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity is located in the Indianapolis, Indiana area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve issues and provide information about our services.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
