IQVIA Clinical Project Manager - HYBRID in Indianapolis, Indiana

We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Phoenix, Arizona .

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be an integral part of clinical trial delivery, liaising with clinical teams to improve patients’ lives by bringing new drugs to the market faster. You will be responsible for project delivery of clinical studies to meet contractual requirements in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Participating in bid defense presentations in partnership with Business Development and leading the presentation for smaller, less complex regional studies.

  • Developing integrated study management plans with the core project team.

  • Accountable for the execution of clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality, and cost of delivery.

  • Set objectives of the core project team according to agreed upon contract, strategy, and approach.

  • Collaborating with other functional groups within the company to support milestone achievement and manage study issues and obstacles.

  • Monitoring progress against contract and preparing/presenting project information proactively to stakeholders.

  • Managing risk and contingencies proactively and leading problem-solving and resolution efforts.

  • Achieving project quality by identifying quality risks and issues, responding to issues raised by project team members, and planning/implementing appropriate corrective and preventative action plans.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life sciences or related field.

  • 5 years of prior relevant experience including > 1 years project management experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of job area, and broad knowledge of other related job areas, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

  • Knowledge of clinical trials - Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, and skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e. ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines, towards clinical trial conduct.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for This Role:

  • Diagnostic (IVD) clinical trial management experience.

  • PHCS/CDx, Pathology/tissue diagnostic experience is highly preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.

  • Ability to work through others to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, monitoring/managing performance and providing feedback.

  • Planning, time management and prioritization skills. Ability to organize resources needed to accomplish tasks, set objectives, and provide clear direction to others.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $112,000.00 - $186,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
