DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Admin Associate – Level IV to join our team specializing in Corporate Responsibility for our Cummins Inc. facility in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Enhancing Senior Management Efficiency : By anticipating needs and managing schedules, you will ensure senior management can focus on strategic tasks.

  • Streamlining Communication : Facilitating smooth communication between senior management, coworkers, and external parties will help maintain strong relationships and clear information flow.

  • Ensuring Confidentiality : Maintaining the security and confidentiality of records and files will protect sensitive information and build trust.

  • Supporting Travel and Logistics : Coordinating travel arrangements and handling related expenses will ensure seamless and efficient travel for senior management.

  • Providing Administrative Support : Your administrative duties, such as scheduling, writing correspondence, and overseeing visitors, will keep the office running smoothly.

  • Managing Office Expenditures : Monitoring and approving standard expenditures will help keep office activities within budget.

  • Facilitating Information Gathering : Compiling and analyzing information for documents and presentations will support informed decision-making by senior management.

  • Mentoring Colleagues : Acting as a resource for less experienced colleagues will foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Effective Communication Skills : Develop and deliver clear, multi-mode communications tailored to the unique needs of different audiences, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

  • Strong Planning and Organizational Abilities : Prioritize and align your work with organizational goals, meeting commitments efficiently and effectively.

  • Proficiency in Data Analytics : Discover, interpret, and communicate both qualitative and quantitative data. Use your knowledge of business frameworks, statistics, and data visualization to extract meaningful patterns and insights that drive data-driven decisions.

  • Data Communication and Visualization Expertise : Construct compelling narratives around business problems, root causes, and solutions using visual data representations like reports and dashboards.

  • Appreciation for Diversity : Recognize and value the different perspectives and cultures within the organization, leveraging this diversity to enhance team collaboration and innovation.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
