This is a full-time position.

Position Summary: The maintenance supervisor is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Technology Center that involve repair, maintenance and construction. The supervisor provides work direction, resolves problems, assigns deadlines for timely completion of projects and in charge of preparing reports and records of maintenance activity. An employee in this position is responsible for the maintenance, preventative and restorative for areas, facilities and/or components for ICTC buildings, facilities and sites

Required Experience: Associate Degree or four (4) year degree in maintenance systems and/or environmental technologies or Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively increasing responsibility in a supervisory capacity in the operation and maintenance of facilities, related sites and systems

Certifications: None Required

Preferred Qualification: 5 - 7 years of progressively increasing responsibility in a supervisory capacity
