  Role: US Tax Senior or Manager

  Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Supervise engagements and assume full responsibility for international tax compliance.

• Participating as an integral member of client engagement teams from beginning to end - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects.

• Reviewing or preparing tax returns for multiple business types including partnerships, C-corporations, and S-corporations, and focusing on U.S. international tax aspects such as Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, Foreign Tax Credits, etc.

• Have experience working on U.S. international tax compliance forms such as Form 5471, Form 5472, Form 926, Form 1118, Form 8858, Form 8865, etc.

• Build and maintain client relationships and proactively interact to gather information, resolve tax-related issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements

• Staying up-to-date on U.S. Federal and State income tax developments within the international arena.

• Prepare/review necessary communications, e.g., memos, summaries, and income tax returns.

  The qualifications.

• 3+ years of recent experience in public accounting, specializing in international tax.

• Demonstrated skills in the areas identified in the position highlights summary.

• Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree.

• CA, CPA, or EA License will be preferred.

• Experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements.

• Position may be filled as a Senior or Manager based on applicable experience.
