About The Position: The Technical Training & Development Manager is responsible for developing, delivering, and optimizing product training for Keyfactor employees, partners, and customers. This role will work with various key stakeholders from across the business to develop product training materials to advance the deployment capabilities of technical engineers and promote and improve the adoption of the Keyfactor solutions worldwide. Responsibilities: Develop and Manage Product Training: Create and maintain comprehensive training materials for Keyfactor University, including curriculum, written guides, audio, video, and lab resources. Ensure all training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with new product releases and functionality, adhering to corporate branding guidelines. Prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines and launch schedules, while identifying and addressing any potential training gaps. Collect and analyze feedback from internal and external sources to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with product documentation teams to ensure consistency between training materials and product content. Partner with Marketing to deliver webinars and promote Command and Keyfactor University offerings. Support Organizational and Customer Success: Align training initiatives with Keyfactor's Knowledge Management goals and overall vision to drive business outcomes. Foster a sense of urgency and commitment to deliver value for customers and employees at all levels, ensuring impactful and effective interactions. Champion Knowledge Management practices, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
