Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the Future: Develop and execute innovative workforce planning and recruiting strategies that align with the evolving needs of our organization, ensuring we have the right talent in the right roles to meet our business demands.

  • Talent Matchmaker: Partner closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job requisitions and oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate screening to offer negotiation, to ensure we attract top talent who are the perfect fit for our team.

  • Talent Magnet : Actively expand our network of potential candidates through proactive and creative sourcing efforts, leveraging community outreach, academic partnerships, and tapping into the wealth of connections within our existing staff.

  • B uilding Bridges: Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in various departments, collaborating closely with credentialing, IT, and department leaders to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into our organizational ecosystem.

  • Continuous Improvement Champion: Identify opportunities to enhance our daily operations, whether it's streamlining onboarding practices, optimizing HRIS navigation, implementing effective record retention strategies, or ensuring compliance with recruiting procedures.

  • ​Industry Savvy : Stay ahead of the curve by staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, harnessing this knowledge to optimize our talent acquisition process and attract top-tier talent.

  • HR Team Player: Collaborate closely with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of our HR department and supporting the achievement of our organization's HR goals and objectives.

    Qualifications that make you a great fit: 

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field,and a minimum of 1 year recruiting experience, or possess a High School Diploma with a minimum 3 years of recruiting experience. Physician recruiting experience is a plus
