Adecco US, Inc. Membership Consultant (Outside Sales) in Independence, Missouri

Exciting opportunity for an Outside Medical Sales Membership Consultant in St. Louis, MO.

  • Your focus will be on the senior community , ensuring that seniors who can benefit from excellent medical care are informed and encouraged to join your medical centers.

  • This role involves both B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) sales.

  • Effective community engagement, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

  • Experience working with and a passion for the Senior Community is a MUST for this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The base salary of $50k per yea PLUS unlimited commission potential (most are making $80-100k on average per year!)

  • Great benefits are part of the package.

Requirements :

  • Education : A high school diploma or GED is required, and having a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Experience : At least 1 year of sales or community relations experience is necessary, with 2+ years preferred .

  • Healthcare Background : Experience with Medicare Advantage!

  • Senior Community : Familiarity with or experience in working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved individuals is a plus.

  • Driver’s License : A valid driver’s license is required.
