Job Description

The Spa Concierge plays a vital role in enhancing our guests' wellness and relaxation experiences. This position is responsible for hosting guests, fostering an atmosphere of calm, and ensuring a seamless spa experience from beginning to end. Responsibilities include scheduling treatments, managing guest registration, processing payments, and making informed recommendations on products and treatments. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service and are passionate about promoting wellness and relaxation.

Responsibilities

• Manage spa reservations, including both deluxe spa packages and individual treatments.

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and efficiently handle registration and check-in processes.

• Process various forms of payment and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

• Offer knowledgeable recommendations for spa products and treatments that align with guest needs and preferences.

• Serve as the final point of contact for guests, ensuring their spa experience is relaxing and meets the high standards of Hyatt's indigenous spa offerings.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of spa services and products to enhance guest interactions.
