Job Description

The Guest Services Host plays a crucial role in our hospitality team by ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests. This position involves constant communication with Bell Attendants to expedite guest services, including escorting guests with their luggage and personal items to and from their rooms. This highly visible role allows for casual conversations with guests, where providing hotel or local recommendations enhances their stay.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Bell Attendants to ensure swift and careful handling of guest luggage and belongings.

• Engage guests in friendly conversation, offering personalized recommendations for hotel amenities and local attractions.

• Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process, ensuring all guest needs are met efficiently.

• Maintain a strong presence in the hotel lobby and other guest areas, offering assistance and information as needed.

• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service throughout all guest interactions.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

• Refined verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and warmly.

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred, but not required.
