Capgemini Senior Big Deal Sales Executive in Illinois

As a Senior Big Deal Sales Executive specializing in large outsourcing deals, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value outsourcing opportunities, leveraging your expertise in complex deal structures and strategic negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients with outsourcing needs exceeding $50 million.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, legal, and finance, to develop customized proposals and solutions.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in selling large outsourcing deals, with a focus on deals exceeding $50 million.

  • Strong understanding of complex deal structures, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a drive for results.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Knowledge and expertise in cloud and digital transformation solutions.

  • Familiarity with service desk, deskside support, cyber security, and traditional data center operations.
