Description and Requirements

Job Title: Alliance Manager – Technology Partnerships

As an Alliance Manager for Technology Partnerships such as Nvidia, Microsoft and others, you will leverage your deep expertise in the IT services industry to craft and execute strategic alliance initiatives that drive significant business outcomes. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a proven ability to build, manage, and grow high-impact partnerships. You will be instrumental in identifying and onboarding new partners, as well as enhancing existing relationships to align with our strategic vision and accelerate our transformation into a services-led organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Lead the creation and execution of strategic alliance strategies with our technology partners such as Nvidia, Microsoft and others, aligning with our overarching business goals. You will act as the primary liaison between our organization and these key partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.

  • Market Insight & Innovation: Serve as the subject matter expert on the IT services industry, with a particular focus on technologies partners. Utilize your insights into market trends, emerging business models, and competitive landscapes to inform partnership strategies and drive innovation.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior leaders at our technology partners. Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, ensuring both parties are aligned on objectives and timelines.

  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead negotiations and structure deals that are mutually beneficial, ensuring all agreements are aligned with our financial and strategic goals. This includes overseeing due diligence, financial modeling, and contract execution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment on partnership objectives. This includes collaboration with sales, marketing, product development, and other key functions.

  • Alliance Performance Management: Develop and implement a robust framework to evaluate partnership performance, ensuring all alliances contribute to both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.

  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on alliance management within the IT services industry, representing the company at industry events and in key discussions with partners and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in the IT services industry with a focus on alliance management, business development, or strategic partnerships.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead at the senior executive level with a track record of driving measurable impact through strategic alliances.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business models, market opportunities, and financial drivers within the IT services industry.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in deal origination, negotiation, and execution, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for all parties.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Global Perspective: Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with a focus on multi-national partnerships.
