Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Senior Field Services Quality Manager to work in our Environment, Safety, Health and Quality department. Our team works onsite with a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off.

You will report to to the Quality Director. You will manage, implement, coordinate with cross-organizational communication. Develop and establish operational policies within area managed. May participate in strategy development for organizational function.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the activities of a department or a discipline through subordinate supervisors and professionals. Provide guidance to team members within the latitude of established company policies.
• Responsible for the effective operation of activities of major significance to our organization. Decisions impact others in the immediate team and influences methods and techniques.
• Execute financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce. Ensure that budgets, schedules, and performance standards are realistically set and attained.
• Typically manage employees who perform similar tasks. May manage supervisors, exempt, and non-exempt staff.Receive objective based assignments and determine resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Responsible for single function, location, and technical discipline.Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect department or multiple disciplines. Help develop overall objectives and long-term goals of the department and possibly the division.
• Work with subordinate supervisors, customers, and functional peer group professionals, involving matters between sections and multiple units.
• Partner with key contacts outside own area of expertise and other external stakeholders.Communicate and present results and recommendations across discipline.
• Third level of management with human resource responsibilities. Typically, all work is performed through the management of others.

*Minimum Requirements: *

• Bachelor of Science degree in technical field, such as engineering, manufacturing, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience with (2) years managment experience or 11 years of relevant experience with (2) years management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience implementing: o 10 CFR 830 o DOE O 414.1D o NQA-1
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

• The target pay range for this position is $123,735 - $185,631 annually. The full pay range is $103,032 - $262,740 . At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.

• TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
