Business Manager - BWXT Technical Services Group, Inc. - NRF-Idaho Project, Idaho Falls

Job Description/Duties:

• Managing the cost center accounts payable and receivable

• Developing cost control reports for contract deliverables

• Developing cost forecasts for internal decision making and Board of Managers reporting

• Prepare annual budgets for direct and indirect overhead cost objectives

• Prepare Budget Variance Reports

• Develop income statement and provide monthly, and quarterly financial updates

• Manage the weekly export of payroll files. Provide administrative support for payroll accruals

• Reconcile labor and material charges on invoices to the customer

• Support contract and government audits

• Prepare certified payroll reports

  Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• This position requires a B.S. degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and business management. Experience with the Naval Reactors (NR) program is strongly preferred or equivalent education and/or training plus job related experience.

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and be able to produce reports, presentations, and communications as requested.
