Job description

Project quality assurance of development project with target to meet customer satisfaction and

to ensure safe launch and which includes

Technical Compliance Management, Structured Problem Solving, Lessons Learned, ASPICE, Reporting of the QA performance

Customer interface to relevant project quality topics

Check and manage technical compliance towards the relevant accountable owner

Strive for frontloading pushing to ensure the product and process Quality in Project and in Launch Phase

Coaching and Steering the project team on process adherence and quality methods and activities

Providing methodology support for resolution of Non-conformances

제품 요구사항 정합성 확보를 위한 확인 및 관리(Technical Compliance Management)

프로젝트 품질 확보를 위한 선행 품질활동 추진(Frontloading)

개발절차 준수여부 확인(Process adherence)및 문제 해결을 위한 품질기법 제시 및 적용

(Quality methodology coaching and steering)

Job requirements

Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering

More than 10 years’ experience in automotive project/plant quality management (knowledge in electronic and mechanic components)

Work experience in EV motor quality control is highly preferred

Good communication and problem-solving skill, teamwork sprit and logical & structure thinking

Good command of English
